As the birthplace of entrepreneurship education, The United States (EE) has beena history of more than seventy years and has the latest achievement. Until now, a largenumber of entrepreneurial education leaders fathered in the USA, founded a variety ofresearch institutions on entrepreneurship education, and held many entrepreneurialeducation training course and seminar, which made the USA own abundantqualifications and experience on entrepreneurship education’s practice and research.The teacher plays a key role in an education career’s development, so theachievements that the USA owed in the field of entrepreneurship education attributedto the cultivation of entrepreneurship education teachers, and the construction of theteacher team. Because the entrepreneurship education in colleges and universitiesstarted a bit late in China, we need learn more experience of entrepreneurshipeducation teachers training from the USA.Through introducing the status of the American entrepreneurship education, theresearch discusses the development of the EE teachers in detail. On the basis ofsummarize the experience of the USA, combined with our country’s condition, someadvisements are givenThe first part is the introduction, introducing the research question, researchpurpose and significance, relevant literature review, research methods, and researchideas. The second part is the basis of the research, introducing the characteristics ofthe EE, as well as the present situation of the development of EE in the USA and inChina. The third part is the main part of the research and discusses the EE teacherstraining in the USA detailed. In the fourth part is the conclusion and enlightenment,according to American experience, combined with the actual situation in our country,given some advice about the EE teacher development.The colleges and universities should realize the importance of the teaches whoteach the EE, seek breakthrough on EE subject setting and set up a doctorate inentrepreneurship education as soon as possible,in order to cultivate professional EEteacher, to solve the plight of EE teachers lack in our country. At the same time, toabsorb external forces, we should change the situation that the EE personal constitute single. In addition, we also need to improve EE teachers training system, encourageteachers participates in training.
