The Research Of Organizational Mechanism Of Volunteers Participating In Large-scale Events

Recently, a series of international and domestic events and activitiesdraw public interest in the volunteers, and provide a stage for them toexercise and improve themselves as well. In particular, volunteers fromcolleges all over the country have shown their high ability and servicequality in the large-scale events of Beijing Olympic Games and ShanghaiWorld Expo.With the fast-developing university volunteer services,including mainly the expansion of the group of volunteers and thediversified forms of services, the university volunteer services playimportant and unique roles in many fields such as the communitybuilding, environmental protection and large-scale sports events, withachievement and influence standing out, showing the distinctivecharacteristics of the times and broad prospects for development. Collegevolunteer participation in large-scale activities not only improve theiroverall quality themselves, but also still played a very important role inall aspects such as maintaining social stability, social progress, andbuilding a harmonious society. There still exist a lot of problems in college volunteer servicesinvolved in large-scale activities in the new situation. Especiallycomparing with foreign volunteer service our volunteer service businessis very immature and still needs constantly improvements, or theuniversity volunteers are limited to develop. This article mainly studiesthe problem through the form of a questionnaire. In the context involvedin organizing large-scale collective activities, carefully learningorganizational mechanism experience of the Expo volunteers, and alsoanalyzing the problems in organizational mechanism of those currentactivities, we draw some conclusions about why these phenomena exist.This article thinks we should regard determining the role of positioning,value guide, operation mode and the role playing as the perfect entrypoint to mature. It provides volunteers to participate in a variety of large-scale activities mature mechanism to learn in future, possessing greatpractical significance.
