An Analysis And Thoughts On Officiating Of Chinese Male FIBA Referees In Fiba International Tournaments

Researching on Chinese male FIBA referees’international status is absentin the domestic currently. My dissertation figures Chinese male FIBAreferees’current international status out by analyzing the function of Chinesemale FIBA referees in six international basketball tournaments.Firstly,my dissertation carries on the analysis to the portion of all thereferees from countries or continents who took participate in the tournaments.Secondly,it focuses on the comparison of the importance of the games which wereofficiated by referees. Thirdly,it carries on the importance of the roles whenreferees were officiating. At last,synthesize the results above to figure outChinese male FIBA referees international status and analyze the causes whichformed the status. My dissertation gives the conclusions below. Chinese maleFIBA referees international status positions low which caused by the low statusof Chinese basketball development and none Chinese basketball manager occupyingin FIBA. In the development of CBA we haven’t ensure Chinese basketballreferees’ significance and our cultivating system for Chinese basketballreferees is not being systemically organized which cannot serve Chinesebasketball referees a platform to improve.I put forward my suggestion:1、Enforcing our position in FIBA.2、EnhanceChinese basketball referees status in CBA.3、Modifying our training system ofbasketball referees.4、Producing more platforms for our referees to communicatewithin international basketball referees field.
