With the enhancement of social competition and efficient operating, the specialgroups of college students are facing the tremendous pressure from all the aspects,numbers of incidents emerging endlessly due to the growing psychological problems.There’re a lot of mental health education forums and websites on the network, and theyhave made some contribution to students’ psychological knowledge and mental health,however, the psychological knowledge and the management of mental health on theInternet can not effectively manage and improve students’ mental. Therefore, universitiesshould be implement as soon as possible suitable for the students’ network of mentalhealth education, effective utilization cyberspace to building the college Mental HealthAssessment System will become the key to improve the level of education of collegemental health.Firstly, analyzing the status and demand of college mental health development, I’dpropose the importance of solving and alleviating mental health problems of collegestudents. On the basis of the status quo at home and abroad, I’d make the system needinganalysis, and come to the guiding ideology, demand and feasibility of the system.Secondly, according to the development of our colleges’ mental health educationalbackground and environment, I’d analyze the architecture of the system, using the B/Sstructure and SQL SERVER as the database structure, MyEclipse as the developmentenvironment; division of the query management, mental health assessment management,the system management. In this paper, I’d adopt the fuzzy comprehensive assessmentmethod on students’ psychological symptoms embarked on a comprehensive assessment,according to the actual situation of Environmental Management College of China, toensure the scientific accuracy of the results of the assessment; And use of fuzzydecision-making in the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to solve the mental healthof students qualitative analysis to quantitative analysis of the transformation, thus toimprove improvement and manage the college students’ psychological problemseffectively.Thirdly, the system uses J2EE technology architecture. Data Layer (DL) is to manage the user interface data and transfer the corresponding module according to the userinteraction, and it updates the data in the module. Business Logic Layer (BLL) deals withthe specific business logic, which handles Presentation Layer (PL) passed over the users’response, and returns the results to PL. PL, is to reassemble the data sent back to thebusiness logic layer to a specific view style, and to show to the users.Finally, this paper sums up the problems and solutions encountered in thedevelopment phase and testing phase, reducing the mental health of teachers’ workloadand improve data accuracy, timeliness and completeness.
