Theresearch can develop new ideas advance to treatment the chronic depression,providingthe basis for development of therapeutic exercise prescription.provide the basis forimproving chronic depression in patients with significant symptoms the outside andrational development therapeutic exercise prescription.At the same time, is based onimproving the brain mitochondrial function treatment and provide a theoretical basisof new drugs for depression chronic developmentMethod:Forty two month-old SD rats were randomly divided into4groups(n=10): the control group (C), depression model group (D), exercise interventiongroup (DE), depression drug intervention group (DF). The control group ratsnormally feed. Depression model group, exercise intervention group and depressionand depression drug intervention group rats do28days of chronic unpredictable mildstress. Exercise intervention to treadmill exercise, chronic stress stimulation from theunpredictability of the11th day,64%of the maximum intensity treadmill run45min,all given intervention18days.Depression drug intervention group unpredictablechronic stress stimulation from the11th day, prior to the stress stimulus administeredantidepressant fluoxetine injection2ml all given18days.Before the start of theexperiment, the tenth day and end of the experiment for body weight gain and1%sucrose solution consumption determine.End of the experiment conductedOPEN-FILEDTEST and Morris water maze measured.After behavioral testsmeasuring related brain areas decapitated drawn mitochondrial function.
