The Research Of The Method About University Student’s Work Based On Service Sense

With the development of reformation about higher education, the service function ofstudent’s work which is the important part of college education system will be moreimportant that become the new requirement of the times. To keep student’s right and makethem grow up well has became the important evaluating indicator of college student’swork.The new reaserch including enhancing service sense, innovating service measures andimproving service level that has became more and more important.The content of education teaching, management, psychology and other related subjectsis used in reaserching on three questions,what’s the student’s work that based on servicesense, who will be serviced, and how to innovate service measures.The result from thequestionnaire survey and interview in5universities in wuhan show that question is thecontradiction between improvement of student themselves and current level of student’s work.For example, it’s not enough fair to give evaluation, Can not help more poor, be lack of guideabout student’s life, and so on.There are two reasons. The first,the student’s service systemhas too many weakness to hinder student’s work development.The second, the1990s studentsare lack of self-service, that they can not manage and service by themselves.All told, there are five solutions. First,organizing the all service system, in this system notonly that teacher serve students, also students serve by themselves. Second, building a highefficient and convenient service platform cover student’s job suggestion, mental healtheducation, communication and law support.Third, to improve the serviceguarantee mechanism. Fourth, To strengthen the professional management and improvestudent’s work quality to make a professional service team. The last, to encourage students toservice not only each others but also themselves.
