Difficulty And Solution Of Official Institution And Mess Of Disable Youth Service System From The Perspective Of Social Work

Official welfare houses have many characteristics of non-profit and public welfare.Social welfare houses,children’s welfare houses and mental hospitals are all representatives of official welfare agencies. Based on China’s national condition,the developing advantage of social work which is relied on official welfare is far more preponderant than the other non-profit welfare institutions.However,the level of our national social work development is unbalanced,which is faster in coastal region than in mainland region.In some remote region,social work even does not carry out social work and poorly understand about national policies and regulations and social career development,which limit the development of social work.Official welfare institutions be long to public institution,which follows rules and regulations of national public institution and makes it administrative.because of these characteristics,the disadvantage of the service system such as dissociation of society,interpersonal indifference and lack of education start to come out.The author take social welfare service objects of Guiyang as samples,using interview method,the narrative analysis of the main method,observing dynamic of service objects of everyday life and thought and detailed reviewing service objects in welfare house every day.Finally, the author not only analyzing the drawback of official welfare in disabled youth service system,but also from the perspective of social work to find out thesolution or countermeasure to the problem.Even this article is narrow and not strictly a social work on the case study method,but it is illustrating the existence of the phenomenon through the service object’s life,learning situation,vocational training,interpersonal on the basis of official social welfare service system.The author hope to help the service objects to build self-confidence,improve interpersonal relationships and culture their interests and hobbies,through these guidance to make their life full of hope.At the same time,reflecting case work method in the advantages and disadvantages.The author hope to offer help to the social work in China official study of welfare service system.
