With the increasingly opening degree of schools to society and the interaction betweenthe two, student gang violence in secondary vocational schools has become more and moreprominent, a violence that has interfered more and more obviously with the educational andteaching order and effectiveness and has drawn serious attention from the management andresearch workers in the schools. The paper is focused specifically on the existing situation ofstudent gang violence in secondary vocational schools and ways of how to deal with thesituation.This paper is divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction that brieflyintroduced the research background and issues raised in this article, about the status ofresearch on the topic at home and abroad, the outline of the contents of this article, difficulty,focus and innovation and research methods. The second part reviewed vocational studentgang violence, including the concept, characteristics and causes and so on. The third partdiscussed the management of vocational student gang violence and ways to deal with thesituation, pointed out deficiencies and outstanding issues and analyzed the causes according topractical experience. The fourth part is about student management of how to establishharmonious relationship between students and to resolve the acts of student violence. Theprimary means for this is to take emotional education as the main form and student themeactivities as the carrier to guide students to value family, friendship and life in order to curbthe violence effectively.
