Compulsory education balanced development as the foundation education work is animportant guiding ideology and value pursuit, has been into the reality of policy choice. In thisprocess, the more important thing is that a new integration of education resources allocation, andso, to solve the problems of the management of teachers. Lianyungang city, jiangsu province H issuch a school in the school, the management of teachers there are prominent problems, belongsto the relatively weak schools in city. And to strengthen the construction of teachers’ team, build ahigh-quality teachers team, is a long-term and important task, we was the key to promote steadydevelopment of school. This study aims to H school teachers management problems arising fromthe research, discusses the same case to management the effective way to teachers, schooladministrators to have the same or similar situation to provide practical experience can be madeuse of. Innovation at the same time the teachers construction management mode, set up effectiveincentive mechanism and constraint mechanism, in order to achieve the purpose of betterconstruction of teaching staff.In this paper, by adopting the combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods,the problems of H school teachers team management: an empirical study of a systematic, fromthree aspects as management system, managers and administrators, respectively, has carried onthe analysis of the problems in management, school teachers find H the crux of the problemsexisting in the management, and from different angles for the processing of these problems andgave positive Suggestions.
