Purposes: Testing the standardization of integral EMG, contribution rate and the antagonisticmuscle and active muscle activation level when the knee joint extending of the main lower limbmuscles of two different positions (A: knee joint is not more than the toe; B: knee over the toe) ofsquat jumping and starting by using high-speed cameras combined with EMG test. We comparethe similarities and differences of two positions comprehensively in order to decide to take theeffective and safe positions of taking off and moving. Thinking highly of movement training,posture training and movement pattern training.Methods: Using high-speed cameras combined with electrical synchronization test method forthe10male basketball players of Ningbo university in situ squat jump and lateral starting test.Kinematic data processing using high-speed cameras bring the Photron Fastcam analysis software.Electrical data processing on the ME-6000shipped MegaWin calculation and analysis softwareand export Excel. EMG test to select the eight muscles of the right side body: tensor fascia latae,gluteus maximum, rectus femoris, vastus lateralis, hamstring, tibialis anterior, the lateral head ofthe gastrocnemius and soleus. I use pared-samples T test in the statistical analysis.Conclusions:(1) When squat jumping with A and B postures, the vastus lateralis, soleus, andas the main strands of rectus muscle in muscle, but A posture squat jump around the hip muscleactivation degree higher performance (the gluteus maximum participation more), and B squatposture around the knee joint muscle activation more and more for the lateral head of thegastrocnemius involvement. The best squat jumping touch altitude of A position is lower than Bposition (2)When two positions rapid starting, mainly muscles involved in is the lateral femoral,soleus and gluteus maximum, but A posture of hamstring contribution rate is higher, and theactivation degree of the tensor fascia, gluteus maximum, vastus lateralis, hamstring and tibialisanterior is higher; posture B shows the rectus femoris has a higher contribution rate and degree ofactivation,and the lateral head of the gastrocnemius and soleus show more active.(3)During squatjumping and starting the antagonistic muscle and active muscle activation level when the knee jointextending of A position is higher than B position, and the differences of two positions is verysignificant when starting. The starting time of A position is shorter than B.
