With the attention and support of national and social development of highereducation in China. China’s higher education, such as gross enrollment rate is rising yearby year. At present, China’s higher education popularization have entered into the ranksof the country.This to presage more students including was originally poor students willhave the opportunity to enter the universities. This is a country in promoting theconstruction of education fair is an important aspect. But in the sun behind it, there arealso not the harmonious factor: Urban and rural students in higher education resources forquality (mainly is the "985" universities) there is a huge difference. However, the "implicitdifference" has not received enough attention and research. The domestic scholars with ahigher education resources in the eyes of "quantity" comparative, has neglected the"quality" of the differences.Based on the national mainly admissions system as the research object, includingpoints provincial quota allocation system, autonomous enrollment system, collegeentrance examination bonus system and unripe system.Through the comparison andanalysis of the data revealed system to urban and rural students in the province of fairness.At last, it puts forward policy Suggestions. Hope that through this research can in someextent, cause more attention and thinking. Further help rural students have moreopportunities to enter the high quality. Really is beneficial to the development of theeducation fair.
