Teacher resources is the key factor in the developing of vocational education. Curriculum isthe carrier in developing teachers, as well as the direct embodiment of the educational theory.But at present, there are lots of problems in secondary vocational teachers training, such as oldcontents, unreasonable structures of the curriculum, low effectiveness, and far more to satisfy theneed of the training, etc. This article is based on the problems consisting in post-careertraining,aiming at setting the training curriculum. Some of the secondary teachers and themasters, attending the training of national or provincial, are the objects of the research. Thisresearch is based on other researches, dividing into two parts. One is “what the teachers’ lack”,namely, analysing what secondary teachers’ quality and lacks from the teachers’ professionalskills current situation objectively; the other is “what do teachers’ want”, that is, analysing whatthe secondary teachers want from teachers’ demand and desire subjectively.Based on the analysis of the results of the survey, sum the conclusion that secondaryteachers training curriculum must be setted on the teachers’ career development cycle theoryguidance, according to different secondary teacher professional development stage, in view ofthe present training problems in the curriculum, and teachers’ lack of things and their demand.Post-career training should follow these principles: people-oriented principle, taking the teachersas the core principle; combining the order and flexible;as well practical. Training demandanalysis is the first step of curriculum setting, the following factors are also necessary: objectspartition; goals setting;contents analyses; circumstances、 persons、 management and ways ofcourses setting; establishment of assessment system etc. Finally, follow the principle of universalapplicability, this article put forward comprehensive teacher training curriculum mode. Thenaccording the post ability analysis of secondary vocational teachers, setting the education coursemodules of secondary vocational teachers’ post-career training, including course module,teaching module, evaluation module, education scientific research module, teachers’ ethicsmodule and so on, to promote the curriculum into a more scientific and reasonable way.
