Evaluation of higher vocational education is a kind of work that evaluateimplementation of quality about higher vocational training. Since the first round of thenational evaluation of higher vocational education colleges, higher vocationalassessment has been carried out for9years. In this time, it plays a great role inenhancing the level of higher vocational colleges, guaranteeing the quality of highervocational talents training and promoting the school connotation construction. But thecurrent evaluation mechanism can not adapt to the development of higher vocational inrigidly uniform of our province and it is not conducive to the evaluation of theeffectiveness. n this regard, Victor. Vroom’s expectancy theory of motivation, MartinTrow’s higher education massification theory and specialization theory are based as thetheoretical basis of my research. Literature method, survey method and interviewmethod are used in this paper. This research stars with the analysis of vocationaltraining in higher vocational colleges in Shan’xi province, then compares and referentshigher education quality control experience of the advanced developed countries,cultivates suggestions that implements the hierarchical evaluation on higher vocationaleducation in our province at last and makes it in deep research. And it is hope that thisstudy can offer some help to improve and perfect higher vocational education evaluationsystem.
