This paper is based on the theory of knowledge management, combines with theteaching team’s construction, development and management of the actual situation inChina, to identify the feasibility of the KM theory which is applied to university teachingteam management. The main research is the knowledge sharing aspect of KM, byanalyzing the problems of it, to seek to optimize teaching team construction andmanagement ideas.This paper adopts a combination of theoretical analysis and practical analysisresearch methods, combines the domestic and foreign scholars on the teaching team KMtheory. Use literature research method to analysis the status on this subject. Actualresearch is also carried out to obtain data of teaching team construction and management.It writes interview outlines of the core issues, interviews5teaching teams in oneuniversity, lists the running of these teaching teams knowledge sharing activities. Itidentifies the impact of knowledge sharing factors, combines with the development of thesituation of higher education, and offers some strategies.This paper researches the characteristics of teaching team with knowledge, to studyin teaching team’s knowledge flow processes and methods, to build knowledge sharingnetwork structure model. Analyzing how the constituent elements of the team and the network structure parameters affect knowledge sharing. That tacit knowledge is the core,knowledge transformation process cycle expansion team knowledge base, and promotesthe development of teaching team.This paper argues that the development of university teaching team needsgovernment, society, university, teacher and others action together. Leading knowledgemanagement theory into university teaching team management is an adaptation ofknowledge economy development of the objective requirements. Inject vitality intoteaching team’s construction and management, and enhance the value of knowledge andutilization. Help to improve the quality of higher education, and help the development ofeducation in China.
