In this paper, guided by new curriculum standard, based on the theory of constructivism and the theory of Chinese characters, the modern education technology application in elementary Chinese literacy teaching, try to put forward by using modern education technology strategy, enhance the efficiency of the elementary school lower grade literacy teaching research and practice.First of all, through the literature method to the modern education technology literacy education and multimedia is defined and expounded, on the modern education technology in the elementary school lower grade of literacy teaching summarizes and summarized the theoretical basis, this paper expounds the requirement of teaching content teaching literacy teaching and the importance of literacy teaching;then the application status of primary school lower grade literacy teaching by way of questionnaire interview and classroom observation carried on the thorough investigation, and analysis of the results of the survey, and then according to the survey found that there exist some problems in the elementary school lower grade literacy teaching, analyses the reasons of the problems, finally puts forward the use of modern education technology strategy, enhance the efficiency of the elementary school lower grade literacy teaching and practice in Yinchuan is A primary school grade two. Through the analysis of the result of the teaching practice, found the learning interest of the students learning initiative and literacy efficiency obviously, and students to adopt the teaching methods of teachers’ satisfaction is higher, therefore, the author thinks that in the elementary school lower grade literacy teaching using the modern education technology can improve the literacy teaching efficiency.
