Since entering the21st century, with the development of the society as well as theprogress of science and technology, education is paid more and more attention than everbefore. In order to meet the social needs and development of human, the academic world hasundergone great changes, among which, the curriculum reform happened firstly followed by atextbook changes and changes in curriculum goals and teaching mode. In such atransformation, teachers who disseminate education become a focus of attention, whether theteachers can do better education with the concept of the new teaching idea? Which aspects ofthe quality of teachers will have an effect on teachers’ working? What teachers’ knowledgeplays a leading role in a career?With the emergence of these problems, people gradually putthe research of teacher itself to the cultivation of the teachers, and teachers’ duty after training.Higher pedagogical colleges and universities are the cradle of teachers, where the teachingmodel of higher normal colleges have changed dramatically with attracting great importanceto the degree of increase in recent years.First of all, from the perspective of cultivatingexcellent teachers and promoting teachers’ rapid growth, some effective measures to furtherstudy changed course setting, dominated by former theory to a gradual increase in the numberof classes into practice, and increased a series of practical tasks in order to help teachers growup quickly, so what kind of courses the higher normal colleges should set?What kind of jobcan be done to promote teacher’s induction?By studying the pre-service teachers and in-service teachers’ academic teachingknowledge of the case study, this paper is to find and excavate pre-service teachers andpre-service teachers’ academic teaching knowledge, and to research the students under the twotypes of teachers’ teaching effect. The research mainly qualitative research relies onquantitative research of comprehensive research methods, and by showing eight high schoolmath pre-service teachers and in-service teachers’ teaching case auxiliary research to tell thattwo types of teachers respectively represents the two important stages of career and theirknowledge significant difference in knowledge especially in the teaching target, teachingcontent knowledge, the knowledge content organization, students understand the knowledge,the effect of feedback on knowledge, and the teaching strategy.Meanwhile, it shows some questions from the comparisons of pre-service teachers andtheir math teaching knowledge and the whole teaching effects. The first question is thepre-service teachers who are excellent in theory course at school are not good at teachingability. The second question is the teaching effect of pre-service teachers, especially enteringteachers’ skill competition actively and focusing on the development of teachers’ teachingskill, is good. The third question is the cultivation of undergraduate normal type has a certainrole in promoting the graduate level. This is identical with the result of the investigation onthe students’ related scores. It turns out that the knowledge of teaching discipline comes fromnot only the accumulation of theoretical knowledge, but also the emphasis on practice,teachers’ real growth presents in the class of practice.This is a reference for the higher normal colleges and universities which cultivate goodteachers, also a certain reflection for the professional direction of in-service teachers, whichshould pay more attention to the application of teaching discipline knowledge in teaching," Practice is the sole criterion for testing truth", thus higher normal colleges and universitiesmust pay more attention to the practice of the cultivation of the students, more practicecourses, emphasize the students’ practical ability, analysis more cases of outstanding teachersto the students, who are enabled to introspect and find out shortage, then perfect themselves,all of above indicate a direction for the development of teachers.
