Upon entering the new century, we have found ourselves faced with a new era where the intellectual economy develops at an astounding rate, which has made people pay increasing attention to a series of matter and phenomenon closely associated with education. As the key executor of educational activities, teacher's professional competence will have a direct impact on teaching quality. Therefore, teacher's professionalism and educational issues have drawn a great deal of public attention. In China, the institutions where Mathematics teachers receive training are Mathematics Department of Normal Universities, and courses related to Mathematics carry great importance in such major, the teaching quality of which has a direct effect on the professionalism of Mathematics teachers in the future. This research is designed,on the basis of the professionalism of the Mathematics teachers in secondary school, to explore the realistic construction of the Mathematics courses in China.In this research, the writer firstly carried out a practical survey into the level of Mathematics teachers' professionalism in the secondary schools of China, by means of questionnaire,interview and the research of document to find out the answer. Then, the writer selected 120 Mathematics teachers in secondary school and 8 normal universities in different regions nationwide, so as to analyse Mathematics -related courses and find out the existing problems. Finally, compare the Mathematics teaching courses of Hong Kong, Japan and USA, revolutionary inspiration was achieved by setting our vision into developed areas or countries for this matter.Based on the research, the writer reconstructed a rather practical system of Maths-related courses teaching and offered a specific explanation of this brand-new course system. The renewed course consists of three levels: Maths Teaching Theory, Teaching Skills and Teaching Practice, as well as three Dimensions: compulsory courses, suggested optional courses and free optional courses. On the whole, the new framework has clear levels, coherent system and is well-targeted and flexible.
