The Qing dynasty has written brilliant history, it made another great prosperityafter Han dynasty and Tang dynasty. With the boom of fires from foreigners, Chinawas forced to open, with the signing of the various treaties, China gradually becameinto a semi-colonial and semi-feudal country. After reviewing this history, there arealways some people show in, they are called the “eight banners”. They give us badimages for keeping “good” life even sell the houses, like Lao she written in his book:“the history has accumulated much dirt for more than two hundred years, whichmakes general publicity both forget task, also forget self-excited. We (the “eightbanners”) created a unique wayof life: Live a good life whether it is richor poor.”As the imperial clan children of higher position, they relying on the right andcontrolling a large amount of money, indulge in sensual pleas ures and bad behaviors,even at the cost to use illegal means to reach the purpose of enjoyment. Let us payattention to the officiallings and the second generation rich, they also get higher rightand lots of money like the imperial clan children, but their behavior always associatedwith the noun of “dazzle rich”、”drag racing”. This phenomenon can’t help letting usthinking, which factors of school、family and society made this alarming self-repeathistory. On a careful study of the imperial clan children growing experience, analysiswhich factors influent the growing process of the imperial clan children. The purposeof this thesis is to giving “the officiallings” and “the second generation rich” warningsignificances in training and education.Based on literature research and historical research, combined with thepedagogy、psychology、history and related theory, this thesis is departed by threeparts to research the growing experience of the “eight banners” especially children ofthe imperial clan.The first part is mainly showing the corruption of the imperial clan children,which were described in details in terms of working and living conditions, so as toknow the overall bad image of the children of the imperial clan.The Second part is to examine individual growth in accordance with the timechange by different factors, these factors include the family, school, social andnational policy, at the same time these factors also contains a number of small factors.These intertwined factors established an important impact on the formation ofpersonality traits、behavior habits、 moral cultivation、lifestyle of the imperial clan children.The third part is to make a comparison between the children of imperial clanand “the officiallings”、“the second generation rich” in the wayof growing experience.From the perspective of history, we can draw the conclusion about the warningsignificances of “the officiallings” and “the second generation rich” in education andtraining.
