To strengthen the construction of preschool teachers is the key of the pre-school education career.Existing research demonstrates the rational flow of helps to improve overall qualities of preschool teachers.However, there are some problems about the existing of preschool teacher’s flow, and that is serious forpreschool teacher’s team construction. Understanding of the different areas and park the nature of earlychildhood teachers’ fluxion whole, the analysis of its causes and find effective solutions strategy, toguarantee the stability of the child care teachers, thereby strengthening childhood education teachers havean important meaning and value.The questionnaire research method, comparison method and the interviewing method be mainlyused in the research to analysis the current situation of preschool teachers’ flow. In this study, finding outthe result of the questionnaire survey on the interview results to sort and text analysis by using of SPSSstatistical analysis system for data analysis, and getting the following conclusions though the role theory asthe analysis.First of all, on the whole, our country preschool teachers flow situation as a whole in a state ofimbalance. Flow times: between different cities and public garden preschool teachers flow numberdifference is not big, between private kindergarten preschool teachers flow number difference is bigger,that go beyond normal range; Flow in attitude: between different cities showed a trend of increase from eastto west, different garden nature of private kindergarten teachers have more flow than the publickindergarten teachers’ intention; Flow tendency: the city has a different flow tendency of preschool teachersmore than50%, among them, the public garden is higher than the private garden, all showed a trend ofincrease from east to west, and tend to change careers early childhood teachers share showed a trend of the same; Current attitudes and current tendency to flow on the influence of the number: preschool teachersflow number are greatly influenced by the number of flow and flow. By analyzing demographic, preschoolteachers flow situation has the following characteristics.(1) Demographic variables on the middle-aged andyoung preschool teachers’ liquidity are bigger.(2) The teaching experience in3-5years of preschoolteachers’ liquidity is bigger.(3) The highly educated and high title of preschool teachers’ liquidity is bigger.(4) The unmarried teachers’ liquidity is bigger.(5) The number of flow and flow attitude which showsignificant differences in different wage levels. Through analyzing the influence factors of preschoolteachers flow found: on the influencing factors among different region different farm nature existdifference in emphasis.Second, from the point of the view of sociological role theory, that the reason was mainly due tothe low professional social acceptance, and asking too much of preschool teachers’ professional identity,and demanding self fuzzy understanding of the interaction between this three areas of conflict. At last, thatled to the frequent occurrence of the flow behavior of preschool teachers. Concrete can be summarized asthe following respects.(1) Teachers’ low social recognition.(2) The government of preschool teachers’professional identity the cognizance of professional system is not perfect.(3) Early childhood teacherssocial treatment is low.(4) The high society of preschool teachers’ professional requirements.(5) Preschoollack of institutional environment.(6) Understanding fuzzy preschool teachers’ self professional identity.On the base of those all, the following recommendations may be useful:1,On the government’slevel, making the system clearly about early childhood teachers’ professional identity professional;increasing the opportunity of early childhood teachers into the series; clearing preschool teachers wagelevels to improve the treatment of early childhood teachers. To local governments, should be base on thelocal to the actual development of the implementation of early childhood teachers system to improve the effectiveness of the government.2, On the kindergartens’ level, should be create a good institutionalenvironment, strict recruitment system in order to make sure to improve the quality of preschool teachers inkindergarten. Except that, they can make it on these ways, standard kindergarten work allocation system toensure that the preschool teachers’ working time; perfecting the evaluation of reward system, guide thedevelopment of preschool teachers direction; fairing preschool teachers training system; balancing thetreatment of early childhood teachers and so on.3, On the preschool teachers’ level: study hard and masterrelevant knowledge and skills; Cultivate their love of occupation; Set up certain professional ideal andprofessional development goals.
