The great mission of often relying on the strength of a person is unable to complete. the conceptof cooperation which accelerates the success has received more and more attention and recognition of thepeople, whether they have the skills to become a new standard to measure the talent. The cultivation ofstudents’ cooperative skills and awareness of cooperation has become an important subject in currenteducation. Therefore, cooperative learning as a way of learning is advocating by the new curriculumreform, in the practice of teaching and learning, cooperation learning is producing extensive and profoundinfluence. For example specific performance in: the student’s subjectivity reflected, and enhancing thefeelings between teachers and students, students, cultivating students’ innovative spirit and creative spirit,expanding the learning space etc..Cooperative learning originated in the nineteen seventies of the United States of America, by theteacher and students as well as students and students communicating with each other, it aims at improvingthe learning efficiency and the comprehensive qualities of the students. Indeed, the advantages ofcooperative learning is obvious, because it is imported, its application and practice in our country also hassome problems, such as: blind cooperation learning, ignoring students’ real needs; focusing on form, not agood combination with the concrete practice; teachers are lack of cooperation accomplishment and so on.In this research, through the analysis of the classical model of cooperative learning, thecooperative learning on the value of teaching and learning, the author also pointed out some confusion incooperative learning, and its attribution analysis, finally puts forward the strategies, hoping to provide helpto carry out cooperative learning teachers.
