| Employment is one of the important livelihood issues that China has been paying attention to.With the continuous upgrading and optimization of China’s industrial structure,the service industry has become the leading industry in solving employment problems.The industrial structure of Beijing has already formed a typical dual economic structure,and the service industry has occupied an important position.At the same time,the development level of Beijing’s service industry is also among the highest in the country.The rapidly developing service industry has also greatly expanded Beijing’s employment space.However,there are significant differences in the level of service industry development and employment space in different urban areas of Beijing,and the employment space that each industry can bring is not the same.Therefore,in order to achieve the sustainable development of the service industry,reduce the differences between different urban areas,and increase the level of labor employment,this article analyzes the influencing factors of employment in the service industry in Beijing and the future employment demand,with a view to the more reasonable and rapid development of the industry and the future of enterprises.Planning and employment of the labor force provide some reference.This paper first uses the relevant data of Beijing from 1978 to 2018,and analyzes the employment status of Beijing’s service industry by comparing labor productivity,employment elasticity method,and employment structure deviation.There is a certain gap,the employment level of traditional industries is lower than that of modern service industries,and modern service industries have greater room for development;secondly,using the relevant data of service industries in various urban areas of Beijing from 2006 to 2018,the influencing factors of service industries are analyzed The empirical results show that the advanced industrial structure and urbanization level can effectively promote employment.The rationalization of industrial structure,the population mobility rate and the employment of the service industry show a negative correlation;Furthermore,through theoretical analysis of several common statistical prediction methods,select A method suitable for this paper was developed,and then,the BP neural network model was used to predict the labor demand level of the service industry in the 16 urban areas of Beijing in the next five years,and the gray forecasting method was used to analyze the 14 service industries in Beijing in the next five years.The level of labor demand is predicted.The results show that: Haidian District and Chaoyang District are still the future service-intensive employment areas,and the service industries of information transmission,software and computer services,finance,scientific research,technical services and geological prospecting are the main employment channels of the future labor force;finally,Combining the current situation and empirical analysis,put forward policy recommendations such as perfecting the service industry industrial system,giving full play to the advantages of human capital and emerging industries,building a labor market,promoting industrial integration,and improving the matching between labor and jobs,in order to effectively promote the development of the service industry and increase employment Level. |
