This paper using questionnaire survey to shanxi province ordinary university sports teachers’ professional quality education status as the research object.In clear,on the basis of college PE teachers’ professional quality constitute,through investigating present situation of physical education teachers professional quality education in common colleges and universities in shanxi province,mining in shanxi province ordinary university sports teachers’ professional quality education in the existing problems and restricting factors and put forward reasonable suggestions. main conclusions are as follows:Shanxi Province ordinary university physical education teachers on the teaching concept,with quality education and lifelong sports is given priority to, for some new ideas and the rusty; In terms of psychological professional psychological quality,colleges and universities in Shanxi Province sports teachers’ teaching efficacy is higher,but also in dealing with relationship with students is relatively lacking,in terms of professional knowledge, professional teachers ever refresher courses tend to be more focused on the professional side,less on professional ethics courses. province ordinary university sports teachers there are title structure, academic structure, professional structure,learn edge structure is unreasonable, foreign language level,computer level,professional and scientific research level is significantly low.Shanxi Province ordinary university sports teachers’ participation in vocational education form and time, the most physical education teachers choose day release or block release.PE teachers’ professional quality training incentive mechanism is not perfect,lack of funds,become the ordinary university physical education teachers to participate in professional quality education of the main two factors.To the ordinary university sports teachers’ professional quality education put forward the following suggestions: In guided by the life-long education thought continuously strengthen PE teachers’ vocational education in common colleges and universities.Root dug the reasonable content of vocational education and training system,give prominence to the pertinence,practicability and advancement.Vocational education funds investment increasing,overall arrangement,and provide professional education.Does vocational education research project to determine the former arguments,to determine the rationality of the vocational education content.Improving teaching methods and means,rich training methods and forms, carry out various forms of vocational education activities. Implement a regular certificate qualification, strict process management. Provide the necessary learning time,relieve the contradictions of engineering,reduce the pressure of learning, Establish incentive mechanism, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of each respect, so as to promote physical education teachers in common colleges and universities in shanxi Province vocational education training system science, rapid development.
