Research On The Problem Of Employment Of University Students In Independent College

Independent colleges, as the higher education system important constituent, although the origin of time is short, the scale and the number are developing in good condition, and provided a wide space for our education. But during the university’s enrollment,the situation that university graduates increasing year by year, the employment rate of decline has attracted many people’s attention, the employment pressure is put on the agenda. As the independent college, in the process of development, especially in the employment problem,we have to think about and solve problems.At present, the system and the instruction work of China’s university employment is not perfect, tightly confined to guide the graduates’ work in the short term, instead of developing some practical guidance scheme according to the specific conditions of the students. At the face of the rapid development of economy and the trend of globalization, we should be based on careful analysis and research on China’s employment problems of independent colleges, in the whole of the guiding mode,we should learn from the western developed countries and some advanced scientific management experience, that formed a set of suitable for China’s independent college employment guidance model and system.The article has the following four parts.First of all, the introduction part. Including employment status of independent college students and some problems existing in the employment of university students of the independent college,that provides the reliable basis for the analysis of practical problems.The second part is " analysis of the employment problem of independent colleges ", mainly analyzed from the three aspects:the low acceptance of society about the independent college. the supply and demand sides’s concept of employment, are lagging behind,and the employment guidance for graduates is not perfect.The third part is " the measures to enhance graduates employment competitiveness of independent colleges ", summarizes the domestic and foreign employment experience, put Forward to carry out the whole-process employment guidance, including the improvement of the employment guidance and employment guidance course arrangement. To solve the employment problem of independent colleges in our country, make the system of employment guidance perfectly, to improve the independent college graduates’ employment rate veritably.
