Normal colleges and universities specialized agencies, training of teachers for basic education for Biological Sciences of normal students, in addition to study biology expertise, and most importantly, before embarked on a full-fledged teaching jobs, the need for professional teaching skills training, the formation of scientific inquiry biology teaching practice to be competent teachers. At present, micro-teaching has become internationally recognized as one of the teachers of vocational skills training methods, in Normal Colleges culture has also become a major mode of Students’ Teaching skills. However, there has been a traditional biological micro-teaching sessions are too few to "lack of guidance teachers" and other issues, leading to lack of biological Students’ Teaching skills training. With the rise of the popularity of digital campus and digital micro-teaching, the use of digital campus network, the establishment of the network teaching platform synchronization and biological micro-teaching is a good way to solve the above problem.In this study, the literature, the construction status of Teacher College in biological Teachers Education, at home and abroad biology teaching resource site, a platform built theoretical data; pre-test questionnaire and personal interviews to understand the micro-teaching has been opened courses biological Normal School Students demand platform resources, in order to determine the module and the content of the platform; through action method to explore the main modules of the platform, resource classification, page layout, the structure at all levels, build a biological network teaching platform; through experiment slaw, will participate in the pre-test survey, divided into experimental group and control group, the experimental group platform permissions and arranging learning tasks, while the control group without the permission of the platform, three months later, the post-test questionnaire survey, the practical effect of the test platform.Platform resources on the basis of research and literature, this study will be divided into10one module,44secondary module.Post-test survey results show that, during the creation of micro-teaching courses. with the use of the research network teaching platform, can significantly improve the teaching skills of the biological Normal School Students, especially the most obvious role in the improvement of education and teaching research capabilities.Post-test survey also found that the platform10of a module, recognized by most organisms of normal students. One of the three primary modules:classroom teaching, Q&A discussions, teaching skills and teaching evaluation, the most obvious role in the improvement of teaching skills, and the resources of three modules most biologically normal school students welcome. In all secondary module, the excellent lecture video, excellent Lessons video, excellent lesson plans and courseware biological highest support rate of normal students.The course of the investigation, I also found a number of deficiencies of the platform, such as the content of the resource should be more comprehensive and rich, resource management should be more detailed and clear.In summary, the present study network teaching platform mainly biological Normal service, designed to effectively assist the micro-teaching to improve the teaching skills of biological normal university students.
