Psychological Capital (PsyCap) eventually becomes the most eyes catching concept among all those in positive organization behavior. PsyCap can enhance the most important qualities like job satisfaction and job performance while it can also inhibit the negative qualities like turnover and the intention of quit. Compare the cost and the value of PsyCap, the cost is significantly lower than the value. Since the training of PsyCap needs short period of time and low expense, the value produced is enormous. This is the reason Psycap can attract the focus.The main purpose of the dissertation is to discuss the level and the difference of Secondary Control (SC), Socioinstrumental Control (SIC) and PsyCap between the residents from Mainland China and Macau SAR. At the same time investigate the relationship between SC, SIC and PsyCap on the population.Our paper based on a review on the literatures of the related variables and tried to utilize the results over the cross culture research. Then we proposed a basic theoretical hypothesis by applying the theory on our cross culture research. Data were collected from364residents in Zhuhai, Guangdong Province and Macau SAR, mainly using questionnaires. The theoretical hypothesis had been analyzed by using SPSS and AMOS statistical analysis and the hypothesis were basically supported. The main results are shown as follow:(1) SIC is having positively effect on PsyCap, so SIC is an important antecedent of PsyCap;(2) The differences of SC, SIC and PsyCap between Mainland China and Macau SAR are significantly large, the average level of all variables from Mainland China is significantly higher than Macau SAR.
