A Research On Ideology Working Of College Teachers In Ningxia

Teachers are the engineers of human souls, engaged in the most glorious sun occupation, and to determine the level of development of human qualities, and about the degree of development of our society, are associated with the process of development of human society sacred profession. Along with the continuous development of higher education, college teachers are increasingly growing up, and train a large number of quality, courage innovative university teachers. Thus, the ideological and political work of university teachers are particularly important, as the saying goes,"teaching must first strengthen himself, educating people who must first self-discipline". Ideological and political work of university teachers level is not only related to the building of the personnel of the university teachers and the relationship to the socialist orientation, is also related to the rapid development of the cause of higher education.This paper is to start from the theoretical basis of the ideological and political work of university teachers, and the analysis of college teachers, and ideological characteristics and the problems of ideological and political work of university teachers, to explore how to strengthen and improve the ideological and political work of university teachers in the Ningxia region countermeasures. The first chapter is an introduction and mainly involve research background, significance, research review, study the basic framework and research methods; the second chapter focuses on the theoretical basis of the ideological and political work of university teachers and university teachers in Ningxia status of ideological and political work and content, features and functions of the Ningxia university teachers’ ideological and political work, to lay the foundation for further in-depth study of the ideological and political work of university teachers; the third chapter focuses on the analysis of the ideological and political work of the state of Ningxia university teachers on the ideological and political work of university teachers existing problems and their causes. Through analyzing the status quo of the current teachers’ ideological and political work, the constraints of the development of the ideological and political work of university teachers, the weak link; the fourth chapter changes to enhance the effectiveness of the ideological and political work of university teachers in Ningxia; the fifth chapter focuses on research and regulation of long-term mechanism of the ideological and political work of university teachers in Ningxia, including the strengthening mechanism and restraint mechanism to establish and perfect the mechanism of self-taught self-discipline, and the establishment of a coordination mechanism, strengthening humanistic care in four areas of university teachers.
