On The College Students' Ideological And Political Work Mode

Aiming at the new influence and characteristics of university student ideological and political work at present and standing the height of the mode theory, this thesis applies the principle of modern ideological and political education methodology to probe into the mode structure building problem of university ideological and political work completely and systematically. It expounds the basic conception, main structure and operation mechanism of university student ideological and political work mode theoretically and practically.This thesis divides into six parts: part 1 mainly analyses the foundation of structuring of university student ideological and political work mode; part II to VI explains and proves separately in detail for education mode, management mode and construction mode of university student ideological and political education, mode of style of study construction and structuring of network ideological and political work mode.The main points of this thesis are: first, to structure the scientific mode of university student ideological and political work under the new situation must regard contemporary Marxism theory-Deng Xiaoping theory and Three Represents as guide, and set ideological and politicalpedagogy and systemic science principle as theoretic foundation, and bases on the changing campus culture and social background, and more and more complicated student ideological current situation and psychological foundation. Second, the scientific and effective management mode of university student ideological and political work should be "three forming an organic whole" which are "party, politics, work, league and student community" leading mechanism, "multi-level and omni-directional" incentive mechanism and "quality and quantity combining together" ideological and political evaluation system. Third, under the new situation, university student ideological and political education mode should emphasize the unification of three subschema, namely, inculcating mode of the main line of two lessons (Marxism theory lesson and ideological and moral lesson) instruction, infiltration mode of subject of daily education and forming mode of development of practical education. Fourth, the team with rational structure should embody the thoughts of experts' instruction, educated by all people and student's self-education. It should construct a studying and experted Two Lessons teachers team and a political supervisors as subject and full-time and part-time combining political work team. Fifth, regarding construction of style of study as the important part of ideological and political work is a new thought to the main task of university ideological and political work. As mode structure, the foundation of construction ofstyle of study is ideological and moral construction; the core of it is to change view of studying and improve the students' study quality; the carrier of it is formation of good class and school spirit. Sixth, structuring the mode of university student network ideological and political work should emphasize education thought of inculcation, permeation and formation and enforce the function of ideological guide, quality inducement and psychological leading.The thesis emphasizes specially that university student ideological and political work is organic system which is made up of five subsystems: education mode, management mode and construction mode, mode of construction of style of study and network work mode. Content is different and connection is very close. Management is foundation among them, education is subject, construction of style of study is an important way, the construction of team is ensured, and network is the position where needs most to seize at present and is the effective carrier. Structuring of the new mode of university student ideological and political work is the organic conformity of the above several subsystems guided by the theory of modern ideological and political education.
