In the economic globalization today, Economics innovative talents’ training isnot only the urgent needs of the knowledge economy development, but also is theinevitable choice the field of the world economy facing the inevitable choice. In theU.S, regardless of training innovative talents from an economic philosophy effectwalking in the forefront of the world. There are70%of the winners of the Nobel Prizefor Economics from U.S, while in the field of China’s economy, although in recentyears the economic development is rapidly, but there are nobody won the Nobel Prizein Economics. How to strengthen the cultivation of innovative talents of Economics,as soon as possible in order to catch up with the pace of innovative talents training ineconomics in the United States, to become an important issue in the field of China’seconomic.This article will summarize the successful experience in the field of the U.S.economy about each stage of cultivation of innovative talents of economics, the actualstatus of each stage in China, to reflect on our problems and deficiencies in economicsinnovative talent training, on this basis put forward to improve our innovative talenttraining in Economics recommendations.A comprehensive analysis of the U.S and China’s economics innovative talenttraining, we draw the following main conclusions:Firstly, access to the relevant documents and information, summarized the resultsof the studies in economics at home and abroad innovative training model, theconcept and characteristics of the innovative talents of economics, and economics ofinnovative training model connotation Introduction.Secondly, explore new and innovative thinking is essentially based on themathematical model of U.S economic and scholars’ individual innovation capability.Scholars on China’s economy, the2010"Economic Research" published an article ofthe research object, has been to find relevant information online, according to the agedistribution of2010"Economic Research" published articles and the age when thedistribution birthed of the Nobel laureate in economics Awards show that the modelswere tested:(1) the model is effective and highly accurate;(2) the individual “coreknowledge” according to the logistic curve along with age.(3) the individual innovation ability changes according to "bell-shaped" curve along with the age. In the university, the state and the various research organizations activelythe development of Economics innovative talents to provide good conditions.Finally, through the analysis of relevant literature, combined with the experienceof the United States in the training of Economics innovative talents, as well as China’sactual targeted recommendations of various stages of cultivation of innovative talentsof economics. Proposed economics education in primary and secondary schools assoon as possible, develop their basic economic sense and thinking; improve teacherslecture-based teaching at the university level, to increase the practical courses, theability to develop students’ independent study and explore; University, China shouldstrengthen the attention and support the development of innovative talents ineconomics, research institutes for its development to create a good workingatmosphere and environment for scientific research.Lastly, American Nobel laureate in economics has been demonstrated earlystarting point of innovation, more innovation, and innovation cycles "and so on, ratherthan at each stage is closely related to the cultivation of talent. China should learnfrom the successful experience in various stages of US, combined with China’s actualconditions, make improvement and perfection to Economics innovative talentstraining mode.
