The Operation Analysis Of "the National Training Scheme Of Kindergarten Teachers" In Colleges

In order to build up the ranks of kindergarten teachers,and improve the quality of preschool education in rural areas,our country having been carrying out “the National Training Scheme of Kindergarten teachers” program since 2011. In this context, the colleges with its rich educational resources and academic advantages of education discipline, have becoming the mainly responsible agencies of“the National Training Scheme of Kindergarten Teachers” programs.This research select C College as the research object,and adopt participatory observation,textual analysis and depth interview methods.Try to describe the process and the operating mechanism of“the National Training Scheme of Kindergarten teachers” program in colleges.By means of analyzing the experience and problems in teacher training,the thesis puts forward several suggestions for the optimization operation of “the National Training Scheme of Kindergarten Teachers”, to provide reference about how to how to improve the teacher training for colleges.The main contents of the research are as follows: The first part is an introduction, mainly focuses on the origin,significance, methods and research ideas of the research.The second part of this paper mainly described the basic general situation of teacher training in C college. The third and fourth parts is the main body of this paper, the third chapter is written around the process of “the National Training Scheme of Kindergarten Teachers”in C college,separatelystating the process of the declaration of training programs,,practice stage and summary stage.Based on the perspective of system theory,the fourth part explores the operating mechanism of the national teacher kindergarten training in C college,including organizational decision-making mechanisms, resource allocation mechanism, curriculum implementation mechanisms and quality assurance mechanisms. The fifth part is to explore the experience and problems in C college during the “the National Training Scheme of Kindergarten Teachers”Programs is carrying on, and put forward suggestions in order to provide a reference for other institutions.
