Research On Present Development Situation And Countermeasures Of SME Enterprise Sports In Changsha Economic Development Zone

With the continuous development of China’s economic and social progress, SMEshave become an important force in the economic construction. Staff sports as anexpression of corporate culture plays an important role in the building of enterpriseculture. Research on Present Development Situation and Countermeasures of SMEenterprise sports can promote the building of enterprise culture of SMEs, then expandenterprise influence and promote their development.SMEs Economic Development Zone of Changsha (hereinafter referred to as theChangsha Economic Development Zone) is the object of study. Changsha EconomicDevelopment Zone is one of the10Economic Development Zone in China and there arehundreds of SMEs in the entire industrial park,. To carry this research will havesignificant reference for SMEs of Hunan Province and even China.In this paper, the methods of literature, logical analysis method, mathematicalstatistics, questionnaire survey method and other research methods have been used toresearch the carry status, the problems and the countermeasures of Changsha SMEsstaff sports.The results showed that:(a)the lack of sports facilities, basketball courts, volleyballcourt, table tennis and other sports venues and facilities obviously can’t meet the needsof our employees.(b)the organization of sports activities can’t reach the desired effectdue to the lack of sports professionals.(c)most of SMEs lack appropriate managementdepartment and management system.(d)SME enterprise sports carry the time and fundswith less input.(e)the survey found that employees know little about the of NationalFitness outline "and" Sports Law ".(f)the wishes of the majority of employees toparticipate in the enterprise sports is very high.Suggestions: Step up publicity to create good atmosphere carried out by staffsports; promote the staff sports management mechanism, effective staff sportsorganization; cooperate with the University Sports Association to bring in professionalsports talents and mechanisms; analysis of the specific needs of the enterprise, forsexual conduct sports activities; raise the awareness of the managers on staff sports toinvest more funds.
