| With the constant change of the external environment and education objects in ideological and political theory course teaching, the development of this course has met unprecedented difficulty. Many colleges and universities are facing the problems that the ideological and political theory class is difficult to teach or to learn in different degrees. A large part of students have no interest in it, and most of them hold negative attitude to cope with it, making a lot of inharmonious phenomena appeared in the ideological and political theory class.First of all, the class culture of traditional ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities exist many problems, such as the relationship between teachers and students is authority and obedience instead of democracy and equality; the teaching method is inculcation and moralizing rather than exploring together; the knowledge teaching is doctrine and conservative and has no innovation spirit; Partiality in teaching evaluation rather than a diversity, etc. This paper from the perspective of learning community reconstructs the class culture of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities, helping realize the reconstruction of harmonious class culture in the aspect of knowledge teaching and emotional level.Secondly, in this paper, it uses learning community theory for reference and summarizes the basic feature of learning community on the basis of absorbing and referring to community of practice learning theory, constructivism learning theory, humanism learning theory and learning organization theory by a deep analysis to the basic feature and theoretical connotation of the community, learning community and classroom learning community. And the feature of the learning community itself makes it more suitable for the current class teaching.Thirdly, this paper starts from the three aspects of class concept culture, class time-space culture and class focus-on-student culture to construct a new typed class culture of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities. Specific strategies are including:Attaching importance to student’s dominant status, establishing shared vision, and constructing the class concept culture; Advocating dialogue and consultation mode, constructing the class time-space culture; Creating problem situation, constructing the autonomous cooperation and inquiry class focus-on-student culture. |
