In China, almost senior high shcolls have been assigned PE dance courses by specializedcouses, elective couses, clubs etc to improve themselves shape, meanwhile know more aboutthe initials of PE Dance and inhance their art accomplishment. Thus according to the survey,there is onlu very few schools take the item in simple exercises as a teaching aspect in PE stillnot assigned any related courses systematically. The period of senior high school is the keyterm to form one’s outllok on life and value. At the same tme, to dace the strong competitionand pressure from all aspects, especially the nagative attitude to the traditional and square PEcourse of the senior high school girls’, the more they want is a lifelong exercise PE itemwhich can shape their body, cultivate their wearing interest, improve sport skills and developgood interpersonal relationships. This essay aims to analysis the main reasonsof impactdevelop through the survey about the status of carryingout of PE dance in senior high schoolsof changchun city and design the teaching plan of PE dance courses in period of senior highscholls according to the reality. We not only can find the PE items which fit for senior highschool girls, but also provide the references for the development of PE dance in changchunsenior high schools and the reform of PE courses. By the survey about the development of PEdance in changchun senior high schools, there are several problems as follows,1. The opening rate of PE dance courses in changchun senior high schools is low2. The senior high schools girls are always the vulnerable groups in PE courses who areeager to own their suitable PE items,80%and above shows the agreement about PEdance will be assigned in PE.3. The concept lag of PE dance influent the development of PE dance courses ad learningambition of students4. The number of PE dance teachers in senior high schools is less, professional level is lowand lack of professional talents5. At present, the assignment of PE dance course is not reasonable, lack of credit hours nosuitable teaching materials. They can not satisfy the students’ requirements by theteaching contents chosen by teachers which lack of systenaticness and normation6. Almost teaching environment of changchun senior high schools PE dance needs moreoptimizaion ad should use facilities fullyThis essay provides following countermeasure according to the exsist problems in thedevelopent of PE dance courses in high schools:1. Enlarge the publicity and change students’ concept2. To improve teachers training and optimize the PE dance teachers group3. To write the teaching materials which fits fo the senior high schools and perfect theteaching syestem4. To specify course assignments and optimize the teaching contents5. To rich the teaching methods and inspire students’ imterests6. To increase te invesment and improve teaching facilities 7. To build a atmosphere of campus PE dance culture and carry out all kinds of PE activiesactively.
