| With the advance of the physical education curriculum reform in recent years, theschool-based curriculum to become a hot topic of reform, by the growing number of scholarsand grassroots concern of teachers. Rope skipping is a traditional sport in our country, simpleoperation, conducting various forms of fitness effect, has a strong mass base, with theintroduction of the many strengths of the school sports. In this paper, the literature data,Research, development and application of impact factors of expert interviews, field trips, casestudies and other methods of rope skipping school-based curriculum development principlescomprehensively expounded the theory, and in Liaoning Province the experimental Northschool Case depth study carried out in the form of rope skipping school-based curriculum,implementation details, and to obtain the effectiveness and deficiencies designed to providefull and accurate information, promote rope skipping the popularity of the school-basedcurriculum in primary and secondary schools in the country to carry out the rope skipping andpromotion. Research conclusions are as follows:1.
