The Secondary Vocational Education is an important part of education systemin China and plays an important role in the social development. Vocational collegeshas the important task that cultivate the high-quality workers and initial, intermediatetechnical workers needed for production, construction, management and servicing onthe first-line. This requires vocational colleges to conduct a comprehensiveeducation for students, not only to teach students theoretical knowledge, professionalskill and manufacturing techniques, but also to strengthen their professional moraleducation. Strengthening professional moral education of secondary vocationalstudents, is the need of the harmonious development of the society, is the need forsustainable and healthy development of the industries, but also the objective needs ofvocational students’ employment and all-round development. However, affected bymany factors, professional moral education of secondary vocational students existcertain problems, affects the professional moral education of secondary vocationalstudents and restricts the development of secondary vocational colleges.Consequently, this essay will consider many factors on the basic of the systemicresearch, combing theory and practice to provide corresponding countermeasure tosolve the problems that exist at the professional moral education of secondaryvocational students in Nanchang city.This paper mainly elaborated from four aspects: the first chapter clarifies thebackground and the significance of the study, reviews the related research, putsforward the basic ideas of this paper and introduces the research methods. Chaptertwo defines the basic concepts related to the professional moral education ofsecondary vocational students, discusses the comprehensive development of Marxisttheory, Kolberg’s cognitive development theory, subject education theory,constructivism theory, lifelong education theory, the theory of multiple intelligencestheory foundation, and puts forward the necessity of professional moral education ofsecondary vocational students. In chapter three, author adopted the form ofcombining questionnaire and interview of the students and teachers in three secondary vocational schools in Nanchang city. Through the collation and analysisof survey data, author summed up the current situation of the professional moraleducation of secondary vocational students in Nanchang city, and finally analyzedthe current situation from society, school and students respectively. The fourthchapter combining the theoretical research, analysis and problem investigation of theabove chapters, and puts forward some countermeasures for strengtheningprofessional moral education of secondary vocational students.Through research, this paper suggests that society, family and school shouldmake efforts together to optimize the environment of professional moral education ofsecondary vocational students; the corporate culture should be introduced into theschool to improve the effectiveness of professional moral education of secondaryvocational students; the secondary vocational colleges should strengthen the teachingstaffs and improve the professional quality of the teachers to improve the pertinenceand effectiveness of professional moral education of secondary vocational studentsin Nanchang city and promote the healthy and sustainable development of vocationalcolleges.
