Well quality of thought moral is the core of the 21st Century personnel' s quality. Modern college students are the constructor and successor of future socialism. Their thought moral quality directly affects the success of social modern communication of China and the future of 21st century of China, self-development of everyone, as well.In recent years, as the key part of China higher education, the level of higher professional technical education rises gradually, which is up to the social background that the increasing demand of professional personnel with fast social development. To realize the training goal of higher professional technical education, that is, the labors with both excellent on professional technical quality and thought moral quality, we must pay high attention to the thought political education of higher professional technical institutes. Higher professional technical institutes' students are a unique unit, who has their special characters besides those of common college students. Although the contemporary higher professional technical institutes students' thought is the positive, meanwhile we have to see, their thought ideas has changed a lot. Partial higher professional technical institute students' moral flaw crisis is becoming one of serious social problem gradually, which has caused highly attention and being a realistic problem to solve by all means as soon as possible.
