Nowadays, in the campus of the university, you can see that the students play mobile phones everywhere. So we know that nearly everyone has a mobile phone in the university now. The wide using of the mobile phone provides a good intermediary to the students, so that they can show themselves and express their willing. The mobile phone takes advantages to the life and study, and also provides a wide media to the ideological and political education of the university. For the other thing, as the development of the science and technology, it also provides some disadvantages to the students, such as it takes some trouble to the class, and the students became selfish and do not have team sprit. Therefore, just as the old saying goes: Every coin has two sides.
