On The Current Situation Strengthen The Cultivation Of College Students’ Legal Quality

In twenty-first Century, China’s construction of a socialist country under the rule oflaw and building a socialist harmonious society has developed to a new historical stage.People pay more and more attention to the quality of legal education of CollegeStudents. At present, college students often pay attention to study professional courses.Their legal quality is poor and lack of legal knowledge. In addition, students can nottake the initiative to use legal weapons to protect their legal rights. After years of studyand work, the author deeply more and more aware of our country should improve thelegal quality of College students. In this paper, the author from the strengthening of thelegal quality of college students in reality and theory, based on China’s nationalconditions, analysis of the current problems of College Students’ legal quality in ourcountry. In order to improve the legal quality of college students in china, the authormakes a deep study on strengthening the cultivation of legal quality of college students,focuses on the analysis of the necessity of strengthening the legal quality of collegestudents and the effective way to improve the cultivation of College Students’ legalquality.This paper has five chapters. The first chapter is introduction. The author, firstlyintroduced this article selected topic basis from the two aspects of theory and reality;and then describes the present situation of the domestic, overseas; finally introduced theresearch method in this paper, the research value and research ideas. The second chapteris the related theory of our country the legal quality of college students in the newsituation. First of all, analyzing concept; secondly, characteristic analysis of the legalquality of college students from the perspective of basic principle of the Marx doctrine;finally introduces the elements of the college students’ legal quality. The third chapter isthe necessity of strengthening the cultivation of College Students’ legal quality. Thenecessity of strengthening the legal quality of college students has two aspects. Thefourth chapter is the current situation of College Students’ legal quality. The authorfirstly analyzes the present situation of China’s legal quality of college students, andpoints out the problems, then analyses these problems. The fifth chapter is the method toimprove college students’ legal quality. Firstly, introduces the legal quality education ofcollege students; then, introduces the development ideas and principles of the collegestudents’ legal quality; finally, put forward the concrete method of the college students’legal quality.
