On The Safeguards Of Life-long Learning In Taiwan

Taiwan has set up corresponding guarantee measures to promote lifelong learning activities, the analysis and study of Taiwan to build the security system in this thesis, establish the corresponding measures on the mainland in the revelation.This paper is divided into three parts:The first part of the survey of lifelong learning and guarantee measures were defined. Analysis of Taiwan lifelong learning safeguard measures of the meaning, relationship and interaction between and the various measures, Taiwan formed a lifelong learning safeguard system.The second part discusses the characteristics of safeguards in Taiwan lifelong learning,etc,the laws and regulations, organizational guarantee, funding channels, carrier construction, team construction and activities. Taiwan attaches importance to people’s lifelong learning, the many related laws and policies for the development of lifelong learning law foundation. In early times policy involves a lot of lifelong learning content, laid a foundation for lifelong learning. Lifelong learning law supports the Taiwan society of lifelong learning, the legal content is complete, the law standardize the main responsibilities and obligations, the behavior of the various subjects in Taiwan lifelong learning. Later Taiwan also have laws and policies to improve the law of lifelong learning. Taiwan set up the lifelong education management mechanism for independent, unified planning, the body is divided into four levels, to ensure that the policy implementation. Taiwan established the multiple funds as the main body of the government investment measures. Taiwan has established a platform security, the reality of the physical teaching and learning, and virtual cloud network learning. Taiwan established a diversified, specifications to study team to ensure teaching life-long education knowledge.
