| As the society’s progress and economic development, in this era of thepursuiting of talents, more and more attention have been paid in the reform of teachereducation in the education, the teachers are given higher requirement. New teachers isthe starting of teachers’ growth, and make crucial impact on teachers’ career. Whennew teachers just come into the work, wanting to be a good teacher, to undergo a seriesof professional training. In this process, the new teacher will face many difficulties,and what difficulties they will face, and what are the factors that affect thedevelopment of new teachers, and how to accelerate the development of new teachers,this is the study that aimed at the series of problems on a case study.This study adopts the method of narrative research that is based on real lifeeducation teaching, as the author’s experience and life of the new teacher around theauthor as observation object, the author have a long time close observation on theobject of study, and participate in the process, this study analyses a series of problemsof new teachers in the process of growth, and puts forward some suggestions.This research is divided into the following four parts:The first part is introduction, mainly discusses the reason of why select thistopic, the research status of this research reviewed, summarizes the researchsignificance, illuminates the research methods and innovation.The second part make a detailed description of the new teacher’s dailyeducation teaching life, and has a appropriate analysis on the meaning behind eachstory, mining the meaning behind the story.The third part analyses the impact the internal and external factors of newteachers, and external factors including good lead, parents’ trust and support of theteachers and students factors, etc. Internal factors include motivation and psychologicaladjustment ability.The fourth part mainly puts forward some Suggestions on new teachers’ growth,it mainly includes the specification of normal education, make effective teachertraining; establishes the self-renewal idea; creates the school environment that benefitsfor the growth of the teachers. |
