With the quick development of science and technology in the modern society, one must gain most useful information actively and independently. Cultivation on autonomy and proactivity study of students, has been the most important target of modern education.Turning traditional classroom teaching into self-regulated learning is inevitable trend of teaching reform. Last Curriculum Standard points to "Mathematics learning should be a vivid, active and individuated process." Consequently, how to affirm the principle status of students and how to make classroom the right place for knowledge are important topics of classroom teaching reform of Mathematics in low grades. This paper adopted many research methods such as observation, documentation, investigation,case analysis, so as to discusse status and causes of Mathematics teaching, and come up with reform tactics to strengthening self-regulated learning of students. This paper briefly revealed definitions of self-regulated learning and researches of predecessors, elaborated theoretical basis to build ability of self-regulated learning in mathematics of low grades of elementary school, analyzed the present and the causes of it, and included methods of building self-regulated learning in mathematics of low grades of elementary school,taking multiplication of seven for instance.
