On one hand, the college is faced with double pressurefrom domestic and foreign completion, on the other hand, colleges are also faced withthe need to serve for the local economic development. They require the college higherquality, level and competitiveness. It has become the common challenge for thecollege how to grasp the opportunity, wining the advantage and get the corecompetitiveness in the fierce completion.The article get the local economic construction to the breakthrough point, then putthe research on the CZT colleges core competitiveness. First the research backgroundand the research status at home and abroad have been introduced, then reveal thesignificance of study. Based on the college core competitiveness of the theory, theimportant position of CZT colleges put effect on the local economy and the push ofthe local economy to CZT colleges have been discussed. The links between the localeconomy and the core competitive of CZT colleges has also been discussed combinedwith the regional economic theory of human capital theory and the three spiraltheory.Second, according to the principle of evaluation index design, talents training,subject construction,scientific research and service construction have been selected tothe evaluation model index, it sets up the evaluation index system of corecompetitiveness of CZT college, then the evaluation model has been completed byAHP and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation. It put the empirical research on theXiangtan University core competitiveness using quantitative and qualitative methods.Finally, promoting the CZT college core competitiveness from the idea, systeminnovation, ability construction and so on.
