The Relationship Among Achieyement Motive,Burnout And Quit Intention Of Elite Athletes In College Of Zhejiang Province

Because of its own particularity. Collge elite athletes under various pressure, extremely easy lead to the sport burnout and achievement motive default, it serious influence the athlete’s training,healthy and mind.Even influence the reform of the System. This research degree in zhejiang province by five existing elite athletes for colleges as the object.Using the methods of documentary, questionnaire investigation,interview method and mathematical statistics method, the achievement motive for athletes, sports burnout and quit intention survey the current situation, and discusses the relationship and verified. The research result shows:1. Priority pursue success of the achievement motive appeared in elite athletes of Zhejiang province,the sport burnout in moderate, quit intention score lower than average, and quit intention is not strong.2. Significant differences of athletes achievement motivation existed in sex, track and field, whether they are the only special children and track and field special interaction3variables;significant differences of athletes existed in whether they are the only children, track and field, special and training special track and field of interaction three variables;significant differences existed in whether they are the only child population characteristics.3. Achievement motive play a negative function in prediction burnout in elite athletes in collge of Zhejiang Province; The most significant negative correlation between achievement motive and quit intention, the two dimensions of the achievement motive has different prediction effect in quit intention; Significant positive correlation between movement burnout and exit intentions.Movement belittle in three dimensions of the movement burnout play a significantly positive function in prediction quit intention.4.
