Research On Sports Motivation And Quit Intention Of Advanced Athletes In Universities And Colleges Of Hunan Province

It has been more than ten years to run advanced sports teams in universities and colleges. This act not only accelerates the great improvement of athletics gym level and brings along the flourish development of mass gym activity,but also realizes the tactic aim of athletics gym making for world college games. But now advanced sports teams still belong to exploration phase. Although a lot of success has reached ,we found that there is a certain dispairity in sports training and athletics level considering the aiming purpose. They are reflected in the following two aspects. Firstly, disparity in athletics level;Secondly, the proportion of becoming successful athletes is low. According to these phenomenons, this paper analyses them from the psychological way. It takes the sports motivation and quit intention of the athletes as the cutting-in and advanced university athletes as the researching target. The research result shows: First, the sports motivation and intrinsic motivation of advanced university athlets of Hunna province is low while their external regulation, amotivation level is comparatively high;Second, Differences between high and low grade exist in amotivation, motivation total score and quit intention, but not in intrinsic motivation ,external regulation introjected regulation or identified regulation;Third, it is estimated the connection between quit intention and three other factors as external regulation ,identified regulation and amation of advance university athletes of Hunan provice. External regulation and amotivation has a direct ration to it while identified requlation has a inverse ratio to it;Last, there are the main causes affected atheletes'quit intention.
