The Status And Counter Measures Of The Basketball Training In Guizhou Normal University

The Chinese University Basketball Association (the CUBA), which was founded in1998and has held13games in total, has become the most influential one among the undergraduate sports events and has been playing a leading role in the development of university sports culture in China. There are many colleges and universities in Guizhou province, whose resources on the field of basketball are very rich and some of which are conscious of the construction of basketball team. However, the pace of basketball developing in Guizhou Province is relatively slow,especially in terms of the whole country.This paper investigates and analyzes the present statue of the high level men’s basketball training of Guizhou Normal University with the Methodology of Documentation, Survey, Questionnaire, Logical Discursion and Statistics. The main factors contributing to this are as follows.1,There isn’t a long-term training plan in the team, that cause time isn’t continuity.2,Strength is low in the mach by coach.3, The training is old-fashioned and have not a scientific training system in the team.4,The conscribe is difficult with athletes.5, Single source of funding for the teamTo solve the problems and the suggestions are:1,The term can use external resources that increase funding sources.2, The school through various channels to recruit elite athletes that advance the strength of the team.3, That’s should strengthen management and make training can be carried out smoothly in the team.4, It is will develop a long-term training target and plan, and set up a scientific training system of the team.5, It is should provide a dedicated training place of the team.
