Teacher’s mature process on the basis of teacher professional development is a lifelong learning process. It is a process of teacher’s occupation ideal, moral, emotional, professional knowledge and skills and teaching management capabilities being development. Therefore, teachers maturity affects the quality of the teachers, affect the quality of education. With the national education system, curriculum and a series of reform, it is very necessary to understand the current status and problems of teachers maturity, according to the need of the society.In this study, teacher’s maturity is a starting point, with the teachers’ professional development theory as a foundation, by the literature method, survey method, interviews, in-depth understanding of current situation of teachers’ maturity. The article analysis the influence factors of teacher’s maturity, aiming at promoting teacher’s development.On the basis of teacher professional development theory, The author summarizes three dimensions of teacher maturity(psychological maturity, professional maturity and management maturity),and made "middle school teachers maturity questionnaire". In the part of research, through a questionnaire survey of more than200teachers in Beijing area, and interviews with eight teachers, the article summarizes and reveals some problems in practical study and the influence factors of teachers’ maturity.Finally, combining the research results, the author put forward suggestions and Strategies of teachers’ maturity:the teachers themselves should make professional growth plan, carry out the teaching reflection and innovation; the school should be multi-pronged approach, for different maturity teachers should adopt corresponding management methods, improve the teacher appraisal system for professional development and training system, actively create a research platform for education and the guidance of teacher’s occupation career planning; education departments should establish and perfect education access system, and regulate the direction of evaluation of teachers’ professional organizations, and actively guide the teacher.
