University Logistics Project Management Mode

The logistics department is an important part of the higher education, and it provides an important guarantee for the development of higher education in China. However, along with socialist market economic system continuously improved and the higher education reform deepening in our country, traditional management modes in university logistics have not adapted to the development of higher education requirements. Therefore, many theorists have done a lot of research work on universities logistics reform and management innovation, in reference to the advanced experience of the developed countries. We try to the new situation of the logistics management mode, and reform logistics management innovation continuously, these theoretical research and practice are of great significance, and achieved some good results and effects. But in the theoretical research and practice, they are focus on mainly in service socialization and market-oriented reform. At the same time, the reform also appeared many problems. At present, project management theory and method is rapid development and wide application, it is becoming the main management field in modern society. Therefore, this paper attempts to research university logistics management from the perspective of project management theory and method.In this paper, China’s universities logistics as the object, from the perspective of project management, project management mode of university logistics and its implementation are researched. Firstly, summarizes the research literature on university logistics management in domestic and foreign, and found that university logistic socialization is researched in a lot of thesis, and project management is researched in little of thesis. Secondly, the management of university logistics and project theory are reviewed, and the relevant concepts are clarified, which lays the theoretical foundation for the follow-up research. Thirdly, on the present situation of university logistics management mode and the problems in existence in China, analyzing the necessity and feasibility of university logistics project management mode. Fourthly, on the basis of analysis of project management mode of university logistics and its behavior subject, design management organizational structure, and establish the evaluation index system of the university logistics project management model, and the simulation validation are carried. At last, analysis project management mode of university logistics may encounter problems and the implementation of the conditions and strategies. It is not only has theoretical value, but also have practical application value.
