At present, the secondary chemistry teaching insists on the "discipline centered" teaching mode, runs counter to the training objectives of "employment as the guidance" in the secondary vocational education, resulting in chemistry teaching away from actual student life. Students lose interest in chemistry courses. Therefore, the secondary chemistry teaching into daily life has become a pressing task.Combined with the new curriculum reform ideas, aiming at secondary vocational education training target and the reality of secondary vocational school students, the paper puts forward the idea of teaching secondary school chemistry into life, and points out the life-oriented teaching. The paper proposes that specific attention should be paid to student growth to promote the harmonious development, and chemistry teaching should be aimed at specialized courses to meet the students’ sustainable development needs. According to the characteristics of secondary vocational chemical content, and student needs, principles of teaching should be made including practicality, subjectivity and openness, development.Combined with students’ cognitive characteristics, from the aspects of optimizing secondary chemistry teaching content and secondary chemistry teaching ways transformation, and innovation of the secondary chemistry teaching evaluation, the paper mainly discusses chemical teaching strategies in secondary vocational schools.How to optimize the secondary chemistry teaching content? The paper proposes that the following several aspects can be put first into consideration:(1) highlighting professional characteristics, in the practicability of chemical content.(2) clarifying its professional close relation, strengthening the professional quality.(3) introducing daily life teaching, inspiring students to explore new knowledge.(4) using media resources to make teaching content vivid.How to transform the way of teaching? The paper elaborates from open time, open space, open teaching method, open relationship between teachers and students. How to innovate teaching evaluation? the paper first analyzes the deficiency of the the current teaching evaluation, puts forward life-oriented teaching and evaluation principle system:(1) chemical tests should be made into life.(2)chemical extracurricular activities should be included in the evaluation system.(3) evaluation of classroom teaching should be made into daily life.To validate life teaching can change students’ learning ways, and improve the learning efficiency, the paper chooses the experimental classes and contrast classes of level in chemistry life teaching experiment research, and puts forward some ideas on life teaching.This paper provides reference for the reform of secondary vocational chemistry teaching method with feasibility and pertinence.
