With vigorous promotion in China,vocational education is running on the developing track with the quantity of teachers' enlarging year by year.Recently,teachers' comprehensive quality and the quality of vocational education have became the most important key factors of Secondary vocational education.The quality of teaching is the foundation of Secondary vocational school establishment.So evaluating teachers' teaching job is the most important part of teacher's performance Evaluation.Developmental teaching evaluation is a way and condition to promote teachers'professional growth and career development.Developmental teaching evaluation insists on promoting teachers' development as the main purpose.It uses multiple aspects,multiple angles and multiple channels to obtain information as evaluation channels,encourages teachers to participate in evaluation actively,emphasizes simple and feasible evaluation standards,pays attention to dynamic and formative evaluation.With the reform and development of secondary vocational education,the developmental teaching evaluation of teachers will provide further guarantee for the improvement of the quality of education and teaching in secondary vocational schools.The evaluation of developmental teaching will also receive more attention and extensive application.This paper introduces the status quo of developmental teacher evaluation research at home and abroad,discusses the relevant theories of developmental teacher evaluation,analyzes the characteristics and functions of developmental teacher evaluation,and through the questionnaire survey of 3 secondary vocational schools in Qujing Vocational Education Park.And interviews,summed up the problems existing in the teaching evaluation system of Qujing secondary vocational schools,and proposed to build a teaching evaluation system for teachers in Qujing secondary vocational schools.It introduces teacher evaluation(teachers' self-evaluation and mutual evaluation)and student evaluation,then uses AHP to redistribute the constituent indicators and weights of each dimension,and establishes a set of developmental teaching evaluation index system in line with the current situation of Qujing secondary vocational schools.The research on the construction of teachers'teaching evaluation system in Qujing secondary vocational schools shows that the construction of the evaluation index system of developmental teaching in secondary vocational schools can reflect the performance in their respective positions and abilities of teachers in Qujing secondary vocational schools,and at the same time the teachers themselves have promote role.The evaluation index system is more scientific and reasonable and operable,which provides a direction for the scientific,reasonable and effective implementation of teaching evaluation activities in all secondary vocational schools,and has important theoretical and practical significance.
