The Research Of College Students’Thought And Action Condition,Problem And Guiding Methods

With the economic globalization and value diversity, in the great changes of the social, political, economic, cultural and other aspects in the context of the state system, structure, the concept of transformation, the college students are grewing up in a unique social environment who has a different thinking and behavior characteristics. College students are the future backbone of the construction of the motherland, an important part of the university and our peer group. Selecting the college youth as the research object, can better grasp the group psychology and the empathy contribute to our understanding of college students dynamic thinking and behavior. It is good to the ideological education of college students and strengthen the concept of Humanistic Education to guide students into the community in a healthy and positive attitude.The young people’s thinking and behavior is the product of multiple subjects affected. A wide range of body shapes the thinking and behavior of young people in the field. This article uses the way of questionnaires, interviewing, focus group discussions, data collection and field observation, about six colleges and universities which are Wuhan University, Huazhong Normal University, Central University for Nationalities, Hubei University of Arts (Xiangfan University), College of Hubei, the Yangtze River Vocational and Technical College to investigate, gained valuable first-hand data and information. After the analysis of the study, it found that there are some differences between the thinking and behavior status of young college students and our familiar. As the result,for the text of which is to take "what-why-how" idea to present the situation, characteristics and problems of college youth one by one. It will focus on the five dimensions of social moral, political and legal, economic, occupational, culture and entertainment, education, learning expand and so on.Firstly, it analysis the current with the five characteristics of the Youth:poor attitude, great expectations, lack of exchange, hing heart thinking, not enough feeling, imbalance assess, various forms, high substances wanting, strong pragmatic, firm stance, negative thinking, lack of confidence, pay attention to emotional, recognition on friends, respect for labor. Then, it talk about their main problems from these five areas:high expectations and pressure, a sense of confusion and heavy strength, semi-self-discipline and networking, row awareness and confidence, high row of the opposite sex and materialism. From macro, meso and micro levels of society, schools, personal to make the appropriate countermeasures to guide the thinking and behavior of young college students, designed for macro-strategic thinking, institutional reform of meso-and micro-mechanisms means innovation. These are strengthen the education of mainstream beliefs, paying attention to the times and open combining rational inclusive approach to social phenomena; paying attention to the larger social environment under the guide of socialist core value system to create a harmonious and relaxed atmosphere; Reforming and innovation of Marxist ideological and political theory courses, for a living face close to the university students; Creating more effective channels of communication and information platform, to avoid serious and rigid and stiff way communication; Taking full use of the advantage of Student Initiatives to encourage students to develop hobbies and to promote the active participation at the same time; Opening up a broader more levels of employment practice base, with the combination of theory and practice.
