The guiding-thinking and inquiring method is a new teaching method what is formed in the practice of Chinese education reform. During the period of study for a master’s graduate, the guiding-thinking and inquiring method told by teachers arouses my interest, and some related research results are collected. During the internship, I taught economical life by applying the method of the guiding-thinking and inquiring method. Based on this, I have chosen the class of the application and research about the guiding-thinking and inquiring method in “income and distribution”, in order to prepare for the future teachers’ job, by the research, summarized the internship experience, and explored the inherent law of thought political lesson teaching.In this paper, I demonstrate the importance, principles, basis of the thought political lesson using the guiding-thinking and inquiring method, and describing how to use the guiding-thinking and inquiring method to explore the teaching material content, to design thought to explore solutions, to organize induced thought lure inquiry activity. In the teaching practice, I listened to some explore activities organized by the famous teachers, and carried out extensive exchanges with them. It is generally believed that the guiding-thinking and inquiring method is an effective method to improve the quality of thought political lesson teaching. I really feel the choice of appropriate teaching methods, is directly related to whether and how to put the three-dimensional teaching goals into classroom teaching, the relationship to can embody the concept of quality education in the classroom, is related to the healthy growth of the students in practice.Several students adopted different methods in comparison in the lesson "income and distribution" in practice, the guiding-thinking and inquiring method is basically in a relaxed and happy atmosphere, and most of the students can think independently and explore the problems, so the method can correct view on the current social income distribution gap, and set up the correct values to achieve the ideal teaching effect. Teaching practice shows that the guiding-thinking and inquiring method in the high school thought political lesson teaching, the application can enhance the learning ability of students, and improve students’ learning ideological and political interest and the enthusiasm of participation in economic activities, in order to enhance teachers’ and students’ communication ability, so as to improve the quality of teaching.
